Our recruitment process timeline
1. First interview
3-5 candidates are selected for the first interview, depending on the size of the candidate pool. The first interview is always conducted in-person with our local HR representative and/or department manager. If the situation requires, the first interview can also be held remotely. All applicants are informed of the next steps within two weeks of applying, or possible decline in the continuation of the process.
2. Personality assessment
Within two days after the first interview, a personality assessment is sent to the 2-3 applicants who are selected for the 2nd round of interviews. This personality assessment is used as a collective discussion tool for the 2nd interview.
3. Second interview
The second interview takes place shortly after the completion of the personality assessment. It is conducted at the location of the position that the candidate has applied for, alongside the HR representative as well as the departmental manager for the position. On occasion, the Regional Manager and/or CEO will be present. At this point, the top candidates references are also reviewed.
After the 2nd interview, an offer of employment will be sent to the chosen candidate! Let's start learning and building the future together. Welcome to the team!
How do I prepare for my first interview with Lumon?
In the interviews, it is important that you consider us as a value-based company. We are looking for a right fit in our candidates as much as our candidates are looking for a right fit in us.

Why the position and our company interests you
Your strengths and weaknesses for the role
What new you would bring to the role
